Opening our senses we connect, communicate and interact with the horses in a relationship of respect and trust to ride under the principles of Natural Dressage and Conscious Riding.
Through guided observation and practical foot-to-ground exercises, we acquire knowledge in an activity of pleasure, learning and fun, in a safe, caring and personalized environment.
A beautiful activity, ideal to live in family, as a couple, or among friends; for all ages, special conditions, as well as for adults who want to overcome fears or connect with their own nature
Half day program (Duration 1 to 2 hours)
1 Knowing the horses: Approaching and capturing your horse in freedom.
2 Communication and leadership: Ground exercises.
3 Horse grooming and preparing.
4 Centered Riding: bareback riding applying connection, motor skills and balance exercises. (Extended Version to give more time to the mount / circuit)
5 Liberation of the horses: Return to the herd.
